Repair of wings, stabilizers and other components

Technical revision and repair of AN-2 (also other types of aircraft) wings, stabilizers and other components (such as flaps, tailplanes, keels, rudders). The plane surface can be changed to a new, synthetical one, that will serve 7 to 12 years.

Pilot cabinet repair

We perform all types of flying devices repair and/or replacement, restore cabinet inscriptions and translate them from Russian into English. We can also change cabinet windows or darken them, paint the inside of the cabinet, restore interior elements, install and repair electronic devices.

Salon installation

We install all types of aircraft salons meeting client needs. We offer to assemble BIO WC, bar, audio and video equipment, different types of passenger seats, perform the salon sound isolation, assemble portholes from glass fibre. The client can choose his own materials and furniture for salon interior.

Painting

We paint all types of planes or helicopters meeting client’s requirements and his design project if provided. Before painting the old paint is scrubbed off, the priming is performed and finally the painting is done using 2-component polyurethane paint (the color can be chosen out of the catalogue). Upon request, we can use the other type of paint, create individual aircraft painting design, put inscriptions and draw logotypes on planes and helicopters.

Assembling, dismantling and transportation of AN-2 planes

We assemble and dismantle AN-2 planes following the specification.
On the dismantlement the assembling scheme is drawn and documentation is prepared to ease the assemblage of the plane.

We prepare aircraft for transportation: pack it into sea craft container or towboat trailer. If you need to transport an aircraft, please, do not hesitate to contact us. We will dismantle, pack, transport, assemble and make it ready-to-fly at any country of the world.

Hose replacement

We replace all types of aircraft petrol and lubricant hoses. The replacement can be done at our base or at client’s place.
